FPB 64

We have completed numerous deliveries aboard the FPB 64 Avatar across a wide range of Pacific routes.

Long-range expedition motor yachts like the FPB 64 operate very differently from conventional planing motor yachts or production cruising boats commonly seen in delivery work. The entire platform is designed around efficient ocean passagemaking, fuel economy, and sustained offshore operation over very large distances.

Repeated time onboard the same vessel is operationally valuable because systems familiarity becomes a major advantage on complex offshore routes. Fuel transfer systems, redundancy management, power generation, watermakers, navigation systems, and engine management all become second nature once crews have completed multiple passages aboard the same yacht.

The Philippines to Fiji delivery involved typical western Pacific routing considerations with weather planning around tropical systems and long stretches between major support locations. By comparison, the New Zealand to Hawaii passage required managing large-scale South Pacific and North Pacific weather patterns over a significantly longer open-ocean route.

The FPB 64 platform suits this type of work extremely well. The vessel remains economical at offshore cruising speeds, carries substantial range, and maintains a comfortable motion profile even during longer ocean crossings. That combination makes them particularly practical for serious international yacht relocation work and owner expedition cruising programs.

The repeated deliveries aboard Avatar also reinforced how capable the FPB 64 platform is for sustained offshore operation across the Pacific region.
