Experienced delivering Riviera, Maritimo, Horizon, Nordhavn, and similar offshore motor yachts throughout coastal and offshore routes. Close attention is given to machinery, fuel management, onboard systems, and overall vessel condition throughout the passage.
Complete delivery management including offshore passage planning, crew coordination, owner updates, and final vessel handover. Owners have direct communication with the delivery skipper together with 24-hour vessel tracking throughout the passage.
Fuel burn estimates, offshore range calculations, and refuelling stops are planned before departure based on the vessel and route requirements. Additional fuel systems, transfer arrangements, or temporary fuel bladders can be coordinated for longer NSW and offshore motor yacht passages.
Many of our yacht deliveries from Sydney are to the Gold Coast due to boat sales or refit work which starts at the major refit yards. We coordinate directly with shipyards and brokers at The Boat Works and GCCM (Gold Coast City Marina) to ensure a seamless handover.
We don’t just “show up and sail.” We perform a full pre-departure check of the standing rigging, seacocks, engine room, and safety gear. If the boat has been on the hardstand for months, we ensure everything is operational before we leave Sydney.

Every NSW yacht delivery ends with a clear handover process, including reporting on passage conditions, onboard systems, fuel usage, and any operational observations identified during the trip. From Sydney and Pittwater to Newcastle and beyond, owners receive practical information on how the vessel performed throughout the delivery.
Delivery estimates are discussed upfront based on vessel type, offshore route, crew requirements, and expected timeframe. Quotes are based on realistic East Coast passage planning rather than ideal conditions that rarely exist offshore.
Deliveries are managed by experienced offshore skippers familiar with Riviera, Maritimo, Leopard, Lagoon, and similar cruising vessels operating throughout NSW and the Australian East Coast. Passage planning focuses on weather routing, vessel condition, fuel management, and safe offshore operation.
Regular updates are provided throughout the delivery, including vessel position, offshore conditions, routing progress, and onboard observations. Owners remain informed throughout the passage and know exactly how the delivery is progressing from departure through to final handover.
